Guided visit to the Archaeological Park of the Messapian Walls of Manduria, including the Fonte Pliniano ("miraculous" natural spring, described for the first time by Pliny the Elder) and the Byzantine crypt of San Pietro Mandurino. Guided visit to the Museum of the Civilization of Primitivo Wine. Guided tasting of Primitivo di Manduria DOP and DOCG wine, at the Produttori di Manduria winery. Lunch with a traditional cuisine menu. At the Casa del Gusto in Sava, home-made pasta production laboratory or learning the art of "excavating" the orecchiette with Primitivo, with final tasting of the preparations.
