The Church of San Pietro Mandurino

The Church of San Pietro Mandurino is located inside an ancient Messapian necropolis in the heart of the archaeological area of ​​Manduria. This Church, of very ancient origins, was restored in 1724, and is composed of a church in the upper part and an underground crypt in the lower part, the latter accessible via a staircase carved into the rock. Inside the Church you can observe various frescoes including that of St. Peter.
